Legitimate Stand on Freewill Finance made by Volunteers:
READ, UNDERSTAND BEFORE SIGNING 

1. Let it be known to all and sundry who willingly desired to become member of Harpazo Chaplain Corps International Ltd/ Gte, that no refund will be made to anyone, on any freewill financial engagement for organization membership and materials without reclaim within 3 working days

2. Why?. We immediately make order for materials in order to avoid supply disappointment and it can not be returned to the purchased point anymore.

3. If reclaim is made within 3 working days, such claimer will pay for courier, dispatch to and fro and Communications and bank transaction (if deposited through bank) charges, meanwhile, if services had been rendered within the 3 working days period to the claimer, charges will be made on that as well before balance is paid to the claimer, if any is remaining.

4. Membership Application freewill payment has no refund at all because services had been rendered immediately payment is made: Interview, background check, transportation, admission status declaration and filling.

5. The organization materials, all inclusive must be returned to the organization command where trained, endorsed or commissioned at the departure of any unwilling volunteer/s and or rescinded volunteer/s.

6. No retainable claim of any material/s is acceptable on the part of departing or rescinded volunteer/s based on financial commitment made for any of the organization materials, that will grant any privilege to retain the possession of the organization materials. This is done in order to avoid it been used for any atrocious acts in anyways.

All these above are mandatory and can not be faulted or defiled by any volunteer/s member.
