WHAT WE DO!
Harpazo Chaplain Corps International Ltd/Gte. Our Course!
We are approved by Federal Ministry of Justice and registered by Corporate Affairs Commission FCT, Abuja. Nigeria respectively since 2010 rather have been serving from year 2006.
We are established as a humanitarian organization in a paramilitary settings.
We promote the course of protection against dehumanization and sensitize all people on humanization regardless of age, gender, race and religious background.
We admit people from all works of live, train both in classroom and light drill exercises in field, to mentally equip volunteers for service to humanity worldwide.
We are accredited member of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. NDLEA.
We teach volunteers how to match, salute, understand law enforcement agencies interest and how to relate, understand human relations and how to apply it.
We are a uniform oriented organization, non-governmental and non-profit making. Thus, our services are voluntary.
We are legally sponsored by individual members and supports from kind citizens.
We organize seminars in schools privately and participate in legal rallys, often times in conjunction with our parent bodies, e:g NDLEA, WAPA.
Our services involves:
1. Visiting schools with campaign against dehumanization.
2. Sensitization on humanization in all communities.
3. Campaign against vices in the community and avoidance measures.
4. Campaign against gender violence and child abuse.
5. Campaign against Drug abuse at all levels.

The Harpazo Chaplain Corps International Hqs being the overall head Hqs has deemed it fit to officially endorsed two Major Departments for proper service dissemination to humanity under Harpazo Chaplain Corps International Ltd/Gte being the overall Command Center. Harpazo Faith-based Protection Corps HFPC, our new public name, of these listed below were names we ones used but presently cancelled:
(Harpazo Corps Services & Chaplain Corps Services, respectively)
Thus:
1. Harpazo Faith-based Protection Corps HFPC shall handle all secular and or Civil Services, recruitment of volunteers, training of volunteers, deployment and collaborations with all law enforcement agencies and the public and report crimes to law enforcement agencies.
2. Chaplain Corps Services shall handle all Faithbase activities, takes care of religions environment, report crimes and any unavoidable criminal activities to law enforcement agencies.
Meanwhile, newly enrolled/all existing volunteers shall be deployed to any of the two Departments in order to better serve humanity.

(A) CHAPLAIN CORPS SERVICES: (C.C.S) Which shall handle all Faithbase activities.
(B) HARPAZO FAITH-BASED PROTECTION CORPS: (H.F.P.C) Which shall handle all Civil activities.
Meanwhile, the five administrative arms
1. DIV. : Divisions: Combination of several Local Governments.
2. SUB-DIV.: S-D: Each Local Govt
3. REGION.: Region:- Communities
4. COMPANY.: Company:- Areas
5. TEAM.: Team:- Streets.
Each continues operates as they were. However, each member volunteer shall be grouped in either of the Two Major Departments for proper service dissemination and identification.
Grouping will be by placements.
ADMINISTRATION:

Responsible for documentation and all activities of the units and for the ability of the units to perform it's mission. Develop and act to assure the growth and effectiveness of personnel.
1: RECRUITMENT/TRAINING:

Manages and directs all intake activities. Develop and implements all directives and programs. Develop necessary operations policies and procedures to ensure mission accomplishment and to provide adequate guidance to personnel. Plans, organise, sets up, and carries out training for the units, and keep related records. Develops training programs.
2. OPERATIONS/LOGISTICS/PUBLIC AFFAIRS

Operations: Identifies service and support requirements. Coordinates provision of services and supplies.
Logistics: Acquires, protect and distributes necessary materials and supplies to members. Secure and provides transportation for members.
Public Affairs: Advises and assist on all legal and media relations, internal information and community relations matters. Gather information from all available sources of interest and help to disseminate. Coordinate participation of members in community activities. Correspond with other organizations and agencies as required.
3. INFORMATION/LIAISON/SECURITY/
COMMUNICATIONS:

Information/Communication: Sets up and maintains communications and communication procedures. Conducts training in communications procedures. Liaison/Security: Advises on liability exposures and risks associated with administration, training, operations and collaborations. Identifies hazardous conditions and situations that may be involved with and when necessary, stop operations until unsafe conditions are corrected. Provides security counsel for group resources and at disaster response sites, as necessary.
4. FINANCE/MEDICAL/SUPPORTING TEAM:

Medical: Provides first aid and other medical assistance as possible where and when necessary.
Finance/Supporting Team: Receives and accounts for all funds received and distributed. Identifies local sources for fund and prepares funding and grants requests.

Meanwhile, our newly designed Harpazo Ceremonial Cape shall be our general harmonizing uniform and do not forget that our services to humanity is transparency, White colour uniform is never ruled out.
Although, these departmental structures are officially effective, yet it's materials would be obtained gradually by each members, nothing to hurry about, obtain each as you can afford.
